Welcome to Devfolio Studio (operated by Zabitech). By using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

📌 In a nutshell: You own your portfolio content. We provide the tools. You are responsible for your use of the platform. We do not claim ownership of your work.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Devfolio Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Devfolio Studio. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Your Content

4.1. Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create and upload to your portfolio, including projects, text, images, and custom code. We do not claim any rights to your content.

4.2. License to Host

By using our service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. This license terminates when you delete your account or remove the content.

4.3. Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your content. You warrant that your content does not violate any applicable laws or third‑party rights. We reserve the right to remove any content that we believe is unlawful, offensive, or violates these Terms.

5. Free and Pro Plans

5.1. Free Plan

The Free plan gives you access to a limited set of templates and features. It is provided at no cost and may be used for personal or commercial portfolios.

5.2. Pro Plan

The Pro plan unlocks all templates, custom domains, and priority support. It is a paid subscription that renews automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel any time from your dashboard.

5.3. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Refunds are handled on a case‑by‑case basis. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your first Pro payment, contact us for a full refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Devfolio Studio for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:

7. Intellectual Property

Devfolio Studio's code, design, templates, and branding are owned by Zabitech. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our proprietary materials without permission. Templates provided are for your personal use; you may not resell them as standalone products.

8. Third‑Party Services

We use third‑party services (Firebase, Stripe, Cloudflare) to operate the platform. These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their actions, but we choose providers that prioritise security and data protection.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your content will be permanently deleted after a grace period of 30 days, unless we are required to retain it by law.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

10.1. Disclaimer

Devfolio Studio is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure. We are not responsible for any loss of data or damage resulting from your use of the platform.

10.2. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Devfolio Studio and Zabitech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months, or $50, whichever is greater.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through a notice on the platform. The latest version will always be available at this URL. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
